I HAVE MADE A WIG ORDER HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Thank you for your order.

We value every customer and want our units to reflect that. With that in mind All pixie wigs and frontal wigs are carefully made and customised per order carefully  and perfectly for you. This process cannot be rushed please allow 2-3 weeks from payment date.

You will receive a further email to let you know when order has been dispatched.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE & WHAT IS THE COST?

We are delighted to be able to ship WORLDWIDE! 

Shipping times vary  dependent on delivery service and country and is a flat charge of 13.99 in your selected country's currency, tracking number will be provided . 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY MIND?

All sales  are final once order is placed please be sure before paying for goods. (please see returns policy for more info)

HOW ARE YOUR HANDMADE  LUXE UNITS MADE?

Luxe units are machine made on a mesh/ spandex or adjustable wig cap (depending on head size and availability), we request your head measurements and customise to fit 13*4 hd frontal used on all Luxe units

I WOULD LIKE A WIG THAT IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes of course, if it is on our page you can Dm us with the image if it is not on our page you can still Dm us or drop us an email and we will endeavour to help you

WHAT LACE IS USED ON YOUR FACTORY MADE WIGS?

Medium brown swiss lace and Hd lace (depending on availability) please check description box under unit for all the info
