Shipping Policy

At Chix and Dolls Beauty, every wig is carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Standard wig orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.
  • Colour customisation: Please allow 4–5 weeks for completion and shipping due to the additional colouring process.
  • Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they become available.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. From this point onwards, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the progress of their delivery using the tracking information provided. ALL ITEMS WILL BE TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier and a tracking number has been issued:

  • We are not responsible for tracking your parcel.
  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries.
  • We are not responsible for parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order to help avoid any delays.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number as they will be best placed to assist.
