IN ANY CHARGE BACK OR PAYPAL DISPUTE CASE THIS INFORMATION WILL BE PRESENTED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE READ UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY>

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any wigs or hair products.

• Hair length
• Colour
• Texture
• Cap construction

before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.

To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend measuring your head and referring to our Wig Size Guide before ordering. Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
